Tagloom
Terms of Service
These terms apply to Tagloom: AI Photo Tagger ("Tagloom"), published by IAM_DEV. By installing or using Tagloom you agree to them. If you obtained Tagloom from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store terms also apply.
License
IAM_DEV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Tagloom on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or modify the application, except where the law expressly allows it.
Your content
Your photos and the metadata Tagloom generates for them belong to you. Tagloom processes them only on your computer and does not grant IAM_DEV any rights to them.
What Tagloom changes on your disk
- Tagloom writes XMP sidecar files (
.xmp) next to photos in the folders you add, and updates sidecars it created when you edit metadata or analyze a photo again. - Tagloom never modifies your original photos and never modifies sidecar files created by other applications.
- You are responsible for keeping backups of your photos and catalogs, as with any software that works with your files.
AI-generated metadata
Titles, descriptions and keywords are produced automatically by an AI model and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them, for example before submitting photos to a stock agency or publishing them. Do not rely on generated metadata to identify people, places, brands or legal facts.
Third-party models
The AI models Tagloom downloads are provided by their authors under their own licenses. By downloading a model you agree to use it in accordance with that license.
Disclaimer
Tagloom is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of Tagloom.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
